Amendments 1.0.1

  1. §I-1-3 Startup Items
    Revised:
    • Territories: 10 -1 is a city & serves as the capital
    • Goods: 50,000 Food; 500 Food; 100 Steel; 100 PU

    Added:
    • Infrastructure: 9 Territorial Capitol Buildings (1 in each non-capital territory); 1 Capitol Building (in capital city); Power Plant (in capital city)

    Removed:
    • Resources: All resources in territories x3
  2. §IV-2-c Consumption
    Revised:
    • Consumption is the act of selling consumers goods to citizens. Food must be sold to citizens by the end of the period to avoid starvation. Leisure is manufactured in Entertainment Buildings as if it were a manufactured good, and is sold to consumers. Upon sales, the goods are drained from the country's stocks and money is added.
      • Food: 1 Food must be sold per 100 citizens per period. Any excess population that remains unfed dies.
      • Leisure: Every entertainment infrastructure has a liesure multiplier. At the end of each period, the sum of the multipliers will be multiplied by the population to as revenue.
  3. §IV-2-d Convertibility
    Revised:
    • 1 Silver = ¢24 ¢ 50
    • 1 Gold = ¢32 ¢ 100
  4. Assets List Changes
    Revised:
    • All resource and monetary costs have been altered.
    • Titanium now can make Steel.
    • Movement costs now require Power Units (instead of "fuel").
  5. Avalon Changed
    Revised:
    • All resources found x10

Amendments 1.0.2

  1. §IV-2-c Consumption
    Revised:
    • Food: 1 Food must be sold per 100 1,000 citizens per period. Any excess population that remains unfed dies.
  2. §I-3 Startup Items
    Added:
    1. Startup Boost: In their first week, new players recieve any new assets constructed or manufactured part of their production orders instantaneously. In their second week, all players newly constructed or manufactured assets come online by the end of the game period. By their third week, all production occurs as per usual, stipulated in the assets list.
  3. Assets List Changes
    Revised:
    • Gasoline now requires only 3 Petroleum to manufacture.
    • Power costs only ¢50.
    • Monetary movement costs have been lowered.
    • Build times have been lowered.

  1. §IV-2-g Taxes
    Revised:
    • Income Tax: A % on the value of manufactured goods & upkeep during the period previous period's population to be collected as revenue.
